Are the shoes new or used?
Both. Every listing is tagged New or Used, and you can filter by condition in the shop. Used pairs are photographed exactly as they are: what you see is what ships.
How do I know the condition of a used pair?
The photos are the condition report. We shoot the actual pair, not a stock image, so zoom in on the soles, toe boxes, and heels before you buy. If a listing has multiple pairs in different sizes, photos are tagged per pair.
What sizes do you use?
US mens sizing unless the size says otherwise. GS is grade school and fits the same as the matching mens number. Full conversions are on the size guide.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days with tracking. Details on the shipping page.
Do you do local pickup?
Yes, free across South Florida. Pick Local Pickup at checkout and we send you the meetup details right after your order is confirmed. We are based in Homestead and cover Miami-Dade and Broward.
Can I sell you my sneakers?
Yes. Sell or trade your pairs here, or DM @royalsoless with photos. Cash on the spot at local meetups.
Do you buy whole collections?
Yes, anywhere in the country. For the right collection we fly out and buy in person. Or we send you a prepaid shipping label, you box it up, and you get paid when the lot lands and checks out. Start on the sell and trade page.
Can I trade for something in the shop?
Yes, everything in the shop is tradeable, shoes and apparel. Hit Trade on any product page or DM us with what you have.
When do new pairs drop?
Every Friday at 7PM ET in The Drop. One set time, and once a pair sells it does not come back.
What is your return policy?
All sales final since every item is photographed as-is. If your order arrives wrong or not as pictured, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we make it right. Full policy on the shipping and returns page.
