Terms and Conditions

These terms cover buying from, selling to, and trading with Royal Soles at royalsoles.net. By ordering or contacting us, you agree to them. Questions: shop@royalsoles.net.

What we sell

New and used sneakers, streetwear, and designer pieces. Every item is photographed exactly as it is. Used items are sold in the condition shown in the photos and described in the listing. Most pairs are one of one in their size, so once something sells it is gone.

Authenticity

We only sell items we believe to be authentic, and we inspect what we buy. If you ever receive something you believe is not authentic, contact us right away and we will make it right.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and set per size. We do our best to keep the site accurate, but if an item sells elsewhere first or a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

All sales final

Every sale is final. There are no returns or exchanges. Check the photos, the condition line, and the size guide before you buy. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will fix it.

Shipping

Flat $10 shipping anywhere in the US. Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days with tracking. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing, though we will help you file a claim.

Local pickup

Local pickup is free. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we send the pickup details right after your order is confirmed. Pickups are by arrangement across Miami-Dade and Broward. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be restocked.

Selling and trading with us

Offers we make are based on the photos and description you provide. If an item arrives in worse condition than described, we may revise or withdraw the offer and return the item to you. Trades are valued item by item, with the cash difference settled either direction. Nothing is final until both sides agree.

Payment

Payments are handled by our processor through Shopify checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment clears.

Using this site

Do not scrape, copy, or resell our photos or listing content without permission. All product photos on this site are ours.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
