Automatically: basic usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location. This comes from cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Shopify.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, arrange local pickup, answer questions, handle trades and offers, send drop alerts you asked for, prevent fraud, and understand which parts of the site people actually use.

Text messages and email

If you give us your phone number for drop alerts, you are opting in to receive texts about drops from Royal Soles. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. We do not sell your number, and we do not send texts you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the shop work: Shopify (store and checkout), our payment processor, shipping carriers, and analytics providers. Each gets only what it needs. We do not sell your personal information.
