Store Policy

Royal Soles has been selling sneakers and street wear online since 2020. Here is exactly how the shop works, so there are no surprises on either side.

All sales final

Every sale is final. This is a resale shop: most pairs are one of one in their size, and every item is photographed exactly as it is. What you see in the photos is what ships or gets handed to you. Check the photos, the condition line, and the size guide before you buy. If something about your order is wrong on our end, DM @royalsoless and we will make it right.

Condition and photos

Used pairs are marked Used and sold as shown, priced on condition. New pairs are marked New. Nothing is retouched to hide flaws: if a pair has wear, it is in the photos.

Shipping

Flat $10 shipping on every order, anywhere in the US. Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days with tracking.

Local pickup

Local pickup is free: choose Local Pickup (Miami) at checkout and the pickup spot is sent to you right after your order is confirmed. We handle pickups across Miami-Dade and Broward, see the service areas.

Trades

Every item in the shop is available for trade, shoes and apparel. Hit the Trade button on any product page or DM @royalsoless with what you have. Cash difference works in either direction. Full details on the sell and trade page.

Drops

New inventory hits in The Drop most weekends, at one set time announced on @royalsoless. Once a pair sells it does not come back.
